I am a nursing graduate with more than 8 years of experience as a nurse, providing dedicated patient care in both facility and home care environments. I am looking to leverage my passion and commitment to working with adults, geriatrics, and children with growth disabilities such as autism to improve the quality of life for clients.

Throughout my impressive eight-year experience as a nurse, Caregiver, Special needs and developmental disorders like autism, I have developed an array of valuable skills that I believe will be an asset to your team/family. The most pertinent skills I have acquired include medication administration, patient observation, dependability and ability to handle clients with developmental disabilities such as autism ad downs syndrome and dementia and alzeimers. During my time as a Caregiver of Special Needs, and dementia, I administered medication to the patients within the guidelines provided. This involved demonstrating a high level of accuracy and adherence to protocol I also worked on observing patients closely to ensure necessary care and evaluation which I believe. Will be beneficial for this position Additionally. I was consistently depended upon by the resident’s guardians, family members, and colleagues to provide high-quality care with zero incidences. My greatest strengths lie in communication, critical thinking and observation I am an excellent communicator, prioritizing clear and concise communication to ensure the proper transfer of important information. I have a highly developed level of critical thinking, enabling me to remain proactive and think outside the box to come up with solutions that fit the patient’s unique needs. Lastly, my observation skills are superb, and it was through it that I noticed even the smallest changes in the conditions of my patient. I believe that my experience while working as a Caregiver/healthcare aid and my various related skills and strengths, makes me the ideal candidate for this position.
