My name is Ana, and I am originally from Brazil. I became a Personal Support Worker driven by my passion for helping others, especially those with special needs. Growing up, I cared for my brother who has Down syndrome while my parents worked, and this experience inspired me to pursue a career in caregiving. I now work in a long-term care home, where I provide compassionate and respectful support to elderly residents and individuals with disabilities.
