Akram is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with over two decades of experience in nursing, specializing in intensive care, surgical care, and operating room support. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Medical Sciences in Kermanshah, Iran, in 1996. Before that, she completed an Associate Degree in Operating Room Technology at the University of Medical Sciences in Isfahan, Iran, in 1992. Her role demanded rapid decision-making and a deep understanding of patient care, especially in critical and life-threatening situations. Prior to that, she served in the General ICU at Isfahan Hospital between 2000 and 2002. In this role, she monitored patient vital signs, communicated medical changes to doctors, and provided immediate support in both routine and emergency scenarios. She played a vital role in patient monitoring, helping improve outcomes through careful observation and timely interventions. Akram began her career as an Operating Room Technician at Isfahan Hospital, where she worked from 1992 to 2002. In this position, she prepared surgical instruments, maintained sterile environments, and supported surgeons during operations. She also assisted in turning over the operating room between surgeries, ensured that all tools and equipment were ready, and helped in patient transport and positioning.
