I have an extensive list of attributes and skills that encompass many realms. I spent around 10 yrs working with people with disabilities. At around the 10 yr mark my Mom was diagnosed with Dementia and other health issues and could not live on her own anymore. I slowly stepped away from my position to help care for my Mom. I learned to live in her world. Patience was key and hard learned. I am so grateful I could be there for her. We had some amazing help along the way. Now I would love to help another family support their loved ones. I love to meet new people, enjoy conversations, reading, puzzling, crafting and much more! I also enjoy getting outside for a walk or a sit in the garden. I love gardening. I take pride in helping to make life a little easier for the people around me. I would like offer support to seniors who may just need a little help once in a while or a more routine schedule. Ideally I would like work West of Downtown within reason. I do have my own transportation.

Calgary Progressive Lifestyles Foundation, 2015-2020 Personal Day Support worker for people with disabilities. Assisted in having an active engaged day in the community participating in group and individual activities.
