I am married. My daughter and her family reside in Brampton, and I am presently residing with my daughter's family. The reason of the co-residence with my daughter's family is because I came from Ukraine, and I am planning to work in Canada and utilize my skills and experience to help others in the host country. Canada has been very hospitable, and I think that the nicest people live here. I really would like to do my best to help people while I am in Canada. I am a very sociable and positive person. I enjoy communication and helping others. Ukrainian is my mother tongue. I understand, English, Polish, and Russian. I am taking classes to improve my English. I can communicate in English but would like to improve. My daughter helped me write this message as I am continuing to work on my English. My hobbies are spending time outdoors and active living. I enjoy cooking good meals and speeding time with my grandchildren.

I have worked as a nurse in health care settings since 1985. Care for patients and communication with their families were my main responsibilities. I have provided direct patient care, administered medications, wound care, intravenous medications, support at all levels. I have assessed patients' conditions and collaborated with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, educated patients and their families on disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle changes. My qualifications include assisting with medical procedures, monitoring patient progress, and documenting care.
