I'm Tara, a pet lover residing in Victoria, with over 7 years of experience in pet care. A proud owner of a 65 lb bernedoodle, I enjoy our long walks and playtime with the frisbee. I also have a senior cat, to whom I administer daily oral thyroid medications, which showcases my reliability in tending to the health care needs of pets. I have experience in caring for kittens and senior cats, and I've even had the joy of delivering litters of puppies - so I'm well versed in handling elder pets and tending to energetic puppies. I am fluent in English and am a proud Canadian citizen with a clean police record. I am professionally skilled in providing animal first aid/CPR, administering oral and injected medications for dogs, taking care of senior and special needs pets, and providing daily exercise for high-energy pets. The grooming aspect is not a problem for me as I am comfortable with brushing a pet's teeth and fur. Although my house does not accommodate pets, I am more than willing to do drop-in visits to feed and play with your pets, walk your dogs or house sit when required. I am interested in working with a variety of pets including cats, dogs, fish, rodents, and birds. I am available throughout the week at all times including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights as your pet needs come first.
