Facilitates several job duties and provides leadership and direction. Responsibilities include creating a fun and interactive environment, planning activities that both entertained and stimulated the children; providing the daily schedule of activities, through Microsoft Excel. Other duties include booking field trips, updating parents, providing good communication and leadership to staff, and leading the morning and end-of-day meetings, alongside the Camp Director. Plans and leads a 30-hour staff training schedule. New responsibilities include COVID training, training staff, and drop-off and pick-up. ● Clearly communicated and coordinated with parents to understand each child’s specific needs and desires. ● Assisted in managing the summer budget. ● Formed a relationship with Tri-cities and Burquest through previous summer camps and Pro-D Days, planning activities and field trips.
