Kels T.
I’m a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Social Work, passionate about creating safe, compassionate spaces for both people and animals. In my free time, I love reading, going on long walks, and getting lost in music. Lately, I’ve been diving into the world of aquariums and fish care — researching different species, setting up the perfect tanks, and learning how to create a peaceful aquatic environment. I’m a naturally caring and attentive person, always eager to learn something new, and I bring that energy into everything I do. Whether it’s bonding with animals, supporting others, or finding joy in the little rituals of daily life, I always lead with heart and curiosity.
While I don’t have professional experience, I’ve spent years caring for animals in personal and volunteer settings. I grew up attending animal camps focused mainly on dogs and reptiles, which gave me hands-on experience handling a variety of species. I’m comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and currently care for two Great Danes and two cats. I’ve developed strong, transferable skills in animal care, including patience, attention to detail, and confidence around different breeds and temperaments. I’m eager to learn more and expand my experience with other types of pets.
