Barb D.
As said above, I love taking care of my own pets as well as anybody else’s. Whether it be just spending time with them or meeting their basic needs. Animals, of all kinds, provide us with a lot more than we know. Just because they don’t speak our language doesn’t mean that they don’t know what’s going on or what your needs are. My dogs have provided with the love and therapy I need through some very dark times. I have a tremendous amount of respect for them. They have feelings and emotions like we do. They are very similar to children. They just want to be loved unconditionally.
My family and I have always had dogs and cats as an extended part of our family. I’ve taken care of many of my friends’ dogs. I enjoy going for long walks with them. I have experience with taking care of their hygiene needs, such as, feeding them, bathing them, brushing them, brushing their teeth, taking them to vet appointments and of course playing and just spending time with them. Some of my best conversations have been had with my fur babies.
