My journey in this field began with assisting in operating a small family-owned pet supply store, where my roles ranged from Building Maintenance Associate to Employee Supervisor, and Driver for the owners. The experience also gave me the opportunity to assist the resident dog groomer. This diverse experience has shaped me into a versatile pet care specialist which is reinforced by my ability to perform various duties such as administering oral medication for dogs, taking care of senior as well as special needs dogs/animals, and providing daily exercise for high-energy pets. I am also quite skilled in brushing pets' teeth and fur to ensure their hygiene and appearance is well-maintained. My availability is highly flexible and extends across the week with a particular emphasis on morning and evening slots from Monday to Tuesday, and the middle of the day till evening from Wednesday to Sunday. I have a driver's license and a vehicle, allowing me to be highly mobile whether it's for dog walking or drop-in visits. I am also comfortable working with cats, dogs, birds, and fish. Being a non-smoker, I ensure a healthy and safe environment for the pets under my care. Although I am unable to accommodate pets at my home currently, I can assure prompt and consistent travel to your home. I am a fluent English speaker, ready to start immediately with a clean police check record and Canadian citizenship to my name.
