I am an experienced pet caregiver based in Niagara Falls. With over 40 years of personal experience with my own pets and 2 years of professional pet sitting, I am well-versed in handling a variety of pet care needs. I have worked with dogs of all sizes, from terriers to a black Lab, and also have experience with pets that require special care and attention. My previous role involved caring for a special needs dog with epilepsy, which included feeding, exercise, administering medication, and providing comfort during seizures. I also managed light housekeeping duties post-seizure. Being a non-smoker and fluent in English, I aim to provide a comfortable and understanding environment for your pet. Apart from this, I have also volunteered at the Niagara Falls Humane Society as a dog walker, receptionist, and a helper in their cat centre. This means I'm not only comfortable, but love working with dogs as well as cats. My duties can include first aid/CPR, administering oral medication, care for senior and high-energy pets, and grooming tasks such as brushing teeth/fur. I am available for drop-in visits and dog walking from morning to mid-day throughout the week, including Saturdays. Please note that I am not able to bring pets into my own home, but I do have a driver's license and a vehicle that I can use for work purposes.
