I'm Michel, and I'm a proud "crazy pet lady" originally from Mexico, now living in Niagara Falls, Ontario. I've adored animals for as long as I can remember, and they have always been a central part of my life. I live with my wonderful husband (we're a family without human kids but with plenty of furry ones!) three rescue dogs and two rescue cats who made the big journey with us from Mexico to Canada. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business, but my true passion has always been animals. I've volunteered at shelters, helping with dog walking, grooming, and taking adoption photos. I'm currently beginning to volunteer with one of my dogs as a therapy dog, a journey that fills my heart with pride and purpose. One of my biggest fascinations is how animals communicate without words or now, even with words! One of my dogs has learned how to use communication buttons, and it has been an incredible experience to see them express themselves so clearly. I can teach yours too! In addition to my love for animals, I'm deeply interested in animal behavior, therapy dog training, and enriching the bond between pets and humans. I love spending time outdoors hiking, walking, exploring trails with my dogs, and I also enjoy quiet moments reading a good book. Family and friends are very important to me, and I bring that same sense of loyalty, care, and joy into the relationships I build with the animals I care for.
