My name is Julie and I'm a dedicated and passionate veteran pet care provider located in Niagara Falls, with 20 years of experience in the field. I spent ten of those years as a Veterinary Technician at North Shore Veterinary Services, assisting with surgeries, administering medications, walking, feeding, and caring for various kinds of animals. For eight years, I also worked with Bullies In Need, housing, rehabilitating and rehoming neglected, abused, and abandoned Pitbull and Bully type dogs. Available from morning until evening, Monday through Friday, I'm prepared to provide a wide range of pet care services. Whether it's administering first aid/CPR, providing oral or injected medication for dogs, taking care of senior or special needs dogs, providing daily exercise for high-energy dogs or brushing their teeth/fur, I'm the woman for the job. My services extend to drop-in visits for feed and play, dog walking, house sitting, doggy daycare, and pet training. My love for animals isn't restricted to dogs either. I'm happy to work with cats, birds, fish, and even exotic and other animals. Equipped with a vehicle for jobs that require pet transportation, I also have the ability to perform professionally in different situations due to my Animal First Aid/CPR and Professional Animal Care Provider certifications. I'm willing to obtain a police check if needed. As a true Canadian and fluent English speaker, communication won’t be a problem. I have 25 years of experience with animals. (All animals but particularly Large Breed Dogs) I worked as a certified Veterinary Technician for 8 years. And worked with Bullies in Need for 5 years. I’ve had many pets of my own over the years, including a pot bellied, fully trained pig, and a special needs, partially paralyzed Corgy dog. And I have fostered and rehabilitated many dogs. I just love all animals.
