As a dog health expert, I watch for symptoms and behaviour changes. My lifestyle is active and healthy and I truly enjoy dog walking and caring for all animals. It would be a pleasure to take care of your home and your pets and plants while you are away. I’m focused on establishing a relationship for repeats visits for when you need my services again and want a reliable and loving dog sitter, caretaker, dog walker. My motivation to be a pet sitter is my passion for animals. I've had dogs, cats, and bunnies my entire life. I have 25 years experience caring for cats and dogs. Walking numerous friend's dogs, and caring for cats. I’m a dog health expert with a focus on making sure your dog is well-cared for, healthy, and as happy as possible since while you’re away since the dog may suffer from separation anxiety. I will continue the routine your dog is used to. Walk and feed the dog at the same time every day. When you continue the routine your dog is used to having, your dog will experience less stress when you are way. Routine is extremely important for dogs and helps reduce the stress of having the owner gone. I offer housesitting and dog walking service. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs, so I walk for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how energetic the dog is and how much exercise it needs. I can water plants if required for housesitting.

I love animals so much, and getting to spend time with them, whether it be walking or petsitting sounds divine. My hobbies and interests include sewing, gardening, health & fitness. I do not have experience working with animals, but I do have a dog and a cat. If I were petsitting, I would make sure the animals were fed on their schedule, that the water bowl is always full and clean, and that they are getting the walks and time outside that they need. I also enjoy playing with animals, and think that play is very important to keep them sharp and entertained, because no one wants to be bored, not even a dog. Any medical requirements would be followed, and any rules (such as not allowed on couch/bed, no begging for/mooching food, no jumping, no treats, etc) are followed consistently. I am respectful of any boundaries pets might have, like no stomach touching, or waiting for them to approach me first to establish trust.

Recently moved to Toronto from the UK, I used to work for a pet food company where dogs were allowed in the office with us and I think it was the best job I’ve ever had… I have had 2 lovely pups, a sausage called Frank and a spaniel called Monty. I’ve also lived with two beautiful cats Baked Bean and Suki and known how to care for and play them. I absolutely adore animals and know they deserve the world.

Hello, my name is shyla! I am a young energetic girl who loves pets. I grew up around a lot of dogs when I was young, most of them were big breeds, however my family now has a small little guy! Where I live right now doesn’t allow pets, so I see this opportunity as my daily furry companion visit! I am very kind and gentle and am willing to learning what your animal likes and how to care for them in the best way possible. I have worked with many dogs and cats! My first job was assisting a company with overnight watching of the dogs. My other duties included taking them for walks, playing with them and feeding them.
