My name is Seema, a dedicated and loving pet care enthusiast from Edmonton. Although relatively fresh in the field, my passion for animal care is immense and promising. My prime duties include administering oral medication for dogs, taking care of senior dogs/other animals, special needs dogs/other animals and brushing their teeth/fur. I'm interested in offering Drop-in visits (feed & play), dog walking, house sitting and transportation. Dogs and other animals can expect absolute care and fulfillment. My age and motherhood have not only instilled responsibility but also enhanced my nurturing nature that extends to pets too. My availability stretches throughout the week, each day from morning till night. Despite lack of professional experience, my commitment is second to none, desiring to start this rewarding journey of pet care immediately. You can be assured that I will bring a healthy environment for your pets as I do not smoke. While I do not have the facility to bring your pets to my home, my valid driving license makes it possible for me to visit your pets at your convenience and ensure their needs are met. My fluency in, English, and Gujrati, Urdu allows me to connect with diverse pet owners. Do note that while I am unable to relocate or travel, I am willing to undergo a police check. I'm eager and ready to take care of your beloved pets and give them the attention they deserve.

I had my own dog who recently passed away at the age of 16 after battling cancer. We took him to all of his appointments, including chemo treatments. After his diagnosis, I completely changed his diet, spoon-fed him, hydrated him with a syringe, and administered medications that we had to crush and mix with electrolytes or coconut water since he couldn't swallow well due to the cancer being in his trachea. Although I do not have traditional work experience, caring for my dog for 16 years brought many challenges. We lost him after 4 years of his cancer diagnosis, even though the doctor had initially said survival was unlikely. This experience was one of the greatest achievements of my life to date.
