I live alone, no pets, no kids. I'm a singer, actor, artist, musician, nanny My hobbies include painting, sewing, weaving, researching music history, writing, medieval history. I like camping and lite hiking, and love to bring my dog-sits on off-leash hikes with me. *Dog-sits in MY home must be both dog and kid friendly.* There is a playful 1.5yo mini-Goldendoodle living upstairs who adores me, and I him (I'm pretty sure I'm his favourite human ever). I trained him from a puppy (I was also the nanny upstairs 4 days/wk for the last 6 years so it fell to me to train during this time). There are also 2 children upstairs aged 4 & 7. I'm no longer their nanny as they'll both be in school in Sept 2024, but they may be outside in the yard at times so dogs must be kid friendly if staying in my home. We have a fenced yard. My longest pet-sit is for a family in Port Moody. I've looked after their pets (in my home) for some 17 years, through more than one pet's lifetime, most recently, Lucy, who passed just in Jan 2024. My other clients of long term pet-sit (also in my home) is Tali at roughly 11 years.

I have been a pet owners for many years (since childhood we've always had dogs etc), dogs, fish, rodents (no cats. I'm allergic). I've been a pet sitter for the past 20. Currently I have 3 dogs I regularly sit in my home (and one who only recently passed away at 15yo.) I have a great love of dogs in particular, but love all animals (even cats, despite the allergies). Currently I have no pets at home.
