I am in need of a reliable and experienced pet-care provider for a short-term assignment from December 8th to December 22nd, 2025. This role will require a total of 4 hours a week, adding up to 9 hours over the duration. The duties include caring for my goldfish, as well as my indoor plants. You will be required to visit my apartment three times a week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the morning. Here are the general responsibilities: During every visit, you will need to check up on my goldfish residing in its lovely 20-gallon tank. A feeding schedule is in place and I expect you to feed my fish promptly during each visit. Every Friday, the tank's water must undergo a change. Please replace 10 gallons of water. Given the design of the apartment, you will need to be capable of carrying water using a bucket. The specific care process also includes switching out the filter sponge and active carbon. Additionally, adding 10ml of water conditioner, 10ml of Fluval Bio Enhancer, and 10ml of waste control are essential to maintain the tank’s environment. Please make sure to clean up any water spilled on the floor immediately after. Taking care of indoor plants is also part of this job. Please water them every Friday. After each visit, kindly send me a photo as confirmation of the completed tasks. This position does not require pet boarding at your home. We are looking for a pet sitter for our 2 senior dogs (Maltese, 10 yrs and Shih Tzu, almost 14 yrs) and cat (5 years - she is very independent), probably best in our home in Maple, ON, unless you have no other pets at your own home. We will be in Europe for 1 week at the end of September to early October (rough dates are Sept 25 to October 3). Our two dogs are very low maintenance, they require 2-3 pee breaks a day in our backyard or short walks in the neighbourhood. The Shih Tzu, Cooper, needs daily ear cleaning and administration of ear drops, for a chronic ear condition. Otherwise, they are happy to hang out inside, relax and just have someone to be with while we are away.

We have a 1 year old Maltese, she lives 4 days a week in midtown Toronto and 3 days in Richmond Hill. She needs to be walked everyday around noon (flexible) and spend 2 hours playing and having company. She also needs to be watched on some evenings when we are not at home.

I am a dog sitter who is caring for three dogs but one of them is having trouble due to being homesick has become unmanageable with other dogs and need someone to help the owners and myself immediate May 17 Friday - Monday / Tuesday 21/22nd. Hello I am looking for someone to care for my two cats. Guli (female) and Yumi (male), siblings from the same litter a bonded pair who have been spayed and neutered. These indoor-only cats are gentle souls who may take some time to come out of their shells, as they're only accustomed to interaction with 3 females. This 'Must love cats' role is ideal for someone who is patient and has a gentle, comforting presence. The main responsibilities will include giving them breakfast between 0730 - 0830am, and offering them companionship, including gentle play and a walk down our condo hall if they want to in the morning and again in the evening between 1730 - 1830. Their diet consists of both wet and dry food, with a few treats (limited to 3-4 at a time). While they don't require any teeth brushing - I'm only away 4 days, a quick check of their nails to see if a trim is necessary would be appreciated. The litter will need to be cleared out each evening. The work schedule is less than 10 per week, encompassing Thursday evening; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings and evenings; and Monday morning. The start date for this role is from Thursday 17th of October, until Monday 21st October 2024. These are strictly indoor cats who occupy my 10th-floor condo and don't go onto the balcony. This position will require basic knowledge in Animal First Aid/CPR for cats - just for the peace of mind! If you treasure cats and are respectful of their shy nature, I would love to hear from you. She has a wonderful temperament and if kind and loving however she was dealt a unique hand of being diabetic. We will provide training but it is required to give her insulin injections with her meal. But must be available for sure between the mornings 6AM, that's why it's better to live in a few nights a week.
