My dog, Kramer, is 13 years old and recently paralyzed in his hind limbs. I am looking for someone on a casual basis that can stay with him some afternoons while I’m at work, approximately 4-5 hours once a week to start and a few hours occasionally on the weekends if I need to run errands etc.
He is the sweetest dog and likes to snuggle on the couch and watch movies but since he can’t walk, he needs to be assisted outside to use the washroom or if he wants to walk to his water dish. He will fall if he tries to walk on his own, so I’m looking for someone that will be attentive to his needs .
He wears a Help ‘em Up Harness that I use to guide/lift him. He is 53 lbs.
