I'm currently looking for an efficient and reliable Housekeeper who can visit my home at least once a week for approximately 5-6 hours. The primary responsibilities will revolve around maintaining the house, such as laundry, cleaning various parts of the home like the floors, bathrooms, dusting, keeping closets and pantry organized. In addition to regular cleaning, other cleaning duties may involve the kitchen such as washing dishes, cleaning the inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters and floors. You will also be required to do the laundry (washing, drying clothes and household items). Should you possess cooking skills, that would be deemed an asset, and I'd be more than happy to extend your hours to include meal preparation. A schedule that would suit me best would be one that involves mornings and middle of the day for working on weekdays. This could, however, be divided into two mornings spread among weekdays, which would actually be more preferable for me. Flexibility is also appreciated, as sometimes the household requirements change, such as rotating seasonal clothing in the closets, maintaining the pantry, routinely getting rid of out of date and spoiled items, caring for plants, and occasional house sitting. There may also be some bedding tasks, such as bed making and linen changing. This is a live-out, part-time position requiring less than 20 hours a week. You don't need to worry about having a driver's license or using a car since the job will take place in my home. The ideal candidate should be ready to start immediately.
