We are looking for a part-time housekeeper and petcare provider. The housekeeping part of this role will involve daily and ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the house, laundry, some basic meal prep and stocking of supplies. The petcare portion will involve dog-walks for our senior dogs to parks in our neighbourhood, meal prep for dogs, assisting with feeding of dogs and cats, ensure wellbeing of dogs and cats throughout the day, cleaning tasks related to pets, and having responsibility for their care when we travel (which from time to time will involve weekends and overnight). Following a two-week trial period, this position is live-in. At this time, the position offers a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week (Monday through Friday 9 am to 1 pm) with occasional pre-arranged weekend work, including coverage for when we travel. Salary is $2, 000 per month and includes live-in benefits in a completely separate modern furnished one-bedroom suite. Our home is located in West Vancouver within easy walking distance of a bus stop.
