my wife and I are looking for a housekeeper to come clean our place a couple times a week. Duties will include washing and vacuuming the floors, cleaning the bathrooms kitchen and bedrooms along with making the beds and possibly some personal care. I also work 35 minutes south of the city and can always use some help as in cleaning windows and vacuuming aswell as some healthcare..I know it seems far but if you think about it it takes a lot less time than most places in the city due to no traffic plus I can provide transportation to and from there. I am seeking a responsible and diligent housekeeper for a part-time role, to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of my home. The responsibilities will include cleaning the interior of the house as well as the immediate external areas. This will involve dusting, washing windows and walls, and cleaning any other areas as needed. Tasks would also include kitchen cleaning, such as washing dishes, cleaning the inside and outside of the fridge, oven, dishwasher, cupboards, pantry, counters, and floors. You would also need to clean the outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Laundry tasks are also expected for both clothing and household items. The work schedule will cover all seven days of the week, with the shifts spanning across various parts of the day - morning, midday, evening, and night. The exact schedule can be discussed further, but keep in mind that the total working hours per week will be less than 20 hours. The position is a live-out one, hence commuting to and from my house on workdays will be necessary. Please note, however, that a driver's license is not required for this role as automobile use is not applicable. You can begin working as soon as you are available, as the preferred start date for this role is immediate. I am looking for someone who pays close attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Someone to spend few hours a week to start then 2 hours bi-weekly to maintain household cleanliness. Cleaning will include all things kitchen and bathroom. Other areas of house include garbage/recycling removal and vacuuming. Occasional window cleaning. Spot washing walls and doors as needed. Occasionally doing random laundry or at least starting bedding. Being completely honest, my disability prevents me from cleaning up after myself mentally but also physically sometimes so there is sometimes garbage and dishes left about where there really aught not to be. Cat dog care involves cat litter box and feeding area as well as potentially spot cleaning if my cat happens to throw up(she is a cat it happens XD). Dog will likely either be crated or at work with me. There is also a snake but no interaction with the snake habitats is required in any way, unless comfortable and knowledgeable. After initial meeting and set up, work will be completed while the house is empty (of humans). 10-6pm (flexible for when)
