Seeking a dedicated part-time housekeeper to aid elderly lady for 3 hours per day Monday to Friday and possibly weekends. Italian speaking would be an asset. Duties range from general cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom cleaning) to kitchen maintenance (dishwashing, appliance cleaning), laundry and preparing breakfast. Clean 1 Kitchen - Clean the stovetop and oven. - Clean microwave. - Clean fridge and freezer. - Wipe shelves, drawers, handles - Vacuum beneath refrigerator and fridge coils and vent. - Degrease cabinets and wash the walls. - Clean both the inside and outside of cabinets, doors and shelves. - Disinfect high-touch areas cabinet handles, light switches, sinks, countertops, sink faucet handles, refrigerator handle - Wipe down countertops. - Clean and sanitize sink, basin, faucets, surrounding areas, drain - Sweep, dry mop and/or vacuum the floors. - Clean stainless steel appliances. - Clean your kitchen blinds. - Wash the windows. - Wipe down walls and baseboards. - Take out trash and recycling. - Sanitize trash and recycling receptacles. Living Spaces - Dust everything from top to bottom - Wash the windows, window sills and ledges. - Dust and wash doors. - Wash the walls and baseboards. - Sweep, vacuum and mop. The house has several cats and is in need of a one-time deep clean, with subsequent regular maintenance 1-2 times per week (price dependent).
