My wife and I are looking for a reliable and experienced cleaner for our home (4.5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms) in Moore Park. We’re hoping to find someone who’s available weekly and who we hope can work with us long-term. We loved our former housekeeper but she's sadly moved! Job Details: –Schedule: Once per week (flexible, but Mondays or Tuesdays preferred)...with the potential for additional hours on a second day. –Duration: Typically 6-8 hours per visit (based on previous housekeeper). Ideally beginning in the AM and completed no later than 530pm each visit. –Compensation: Up to $30hr, negotiable (successful candidate will receive a retention bonus after 3 months of consistent/high-quality work). –Supplies: All cleaning products and equipment provided Responsibilities: –General cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing) –Room tidying and organization –Garbage/diaper pail removal/disposal –Laundry and folding –Change linens –Additional tasks as needed Requirements & Preferences: –Experienced, detail-oriented, organized and proactive –Comfortable with dogs (we have two friendly golden retrievers) –References required –Comfortable with young children (we have a toddler and are expecting a newborn very soon) –Background/police check is obligatory
