I'm seeking a reliable and meticulous individual to fill a part-time housekeeping position. The role will primarily involve maintaining cleanliness and organization within my home, alongside some minor pet care duties. The job will require less than 20 hours of work per week, specifically on Monday and Friday mornings and midday. The responsibilities will include thorough cleaning of the interiors of the home and immediate external areas. This encompasses general household cleaning duties, such as keeping the kitchen tidy - washing the dishes, cleaning the inside and outside of the fridge, oven, dishwasher, cupboards, pantry, along with counters and floors. Additionally, the cleaning and maintenance of key appliances such as the oven, fridge, and dishwasher are also a part of the job requirements. Aside from maintaining overall cleanliness, the housekeeper will be expected to assist in organizing the household more efficiently. This involves rotating seasonal clothing in the closets, maintaining the pantry and routinely clearing out of date and spoiled items. They will also be required to take care of bed making and changing linens. If you have a fondness for animal companions, it's a plus, as minor pet care will also be a part of the job functions. Having a driver's license is not a requirement for this position, nor will there be a need for automobile use, as the duties revolve entirely around house and apartment cleaning.
