I am currently on the lookout for a committed, efficient individual who can function as a housekeeper, proficient in carrying out a wide array of domestic tasks. These standard domestic chores range from the regular cleaning of the home, the management of laundry, preparation of meals, up to grocery shopping. Apart from these responsibilities, a significant part of the role is to also provide childcare which includes transportation to and from school and facilitating various activities for the children. It should be noted that possession of a driver's license, though beneficial, is not mandatory. The necessity for an immediate start is pressing, however, there is flexibility concerning living arrangements - an understanding can be reached for either a live-in or live-out agreement. The option to engage in full-time or part-time work is entirely dependent upon the individual's preference, with an estimate of approximately 20 to 30 hours each week, distributed over a span of 7 days which also includes evening shifts. The scope of responsibilities extends further than just the internal upkeep of the home. Duties are expanded to encompass areas such as care for the house's exterior, ensuring the kitchen remains clean at all times, sorting and handling the home's laundry, effective management of the house’s supplies, taking care of pets if necessary, providing house sitting services when required, shopping for groceries, running various errands, and overseeing all-around tidying tasks, which includes making beds among other chores. The ideal candidate is one who pays attention to detail, exhibits efficiency in their work, adeptly manages their time, and brings along some background experience in both housekeeping and child care.
