We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time housekeeper to help us with cleaning, pet care and running errands in lovely Tillsonburg. Our home is composed of two females, aged 32 and 71, plus our two adorable Yorkies, aged 10 months and 3 years. We are friendly and open to negotiation. The housekeeper's responsibilities will primarily consist of maintaining cleanliness in our home and immediate external areas. This includes duties such as kitchen cleaning, covering washing of dishes, maintaining the cleanliness of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters and floors inside and outside. Laundry duties encompass washing, drying of our clothes and household items. We would also require assistance with meal preparation and service. The housekeeper would also be responsible for grocery shopping, completing household errands and ensuring our household supplies are fully stocked. Pet care is an integral part of the role as we have two Yorkies that need attention and care. The housekeeper will also be expected to manage seasonal clothes in our closets, maintain our pantry, and routinely clear out-of-date and spoiled items. Other duties include bed making, linen changing, and cleaning the outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The schedule extends from Monday to Sunday, covering morning, midday, evening, and night shifts, totaling more than 50 hours per week. Our preferred start date is 15th April 2025. This role requires a driver's license, and while we can provide a family car for use on the job, having your own means of transportation would be advantageous. This live-in position does offer an accommodating and homely environment. Nonetheless, we're equally open to live-out arrangements if that's preferable for the successful candidate.
