Housekeeper needed to maintain a luxury residence for a private family that lives in the home during holidays and weekends. Located in the Blue Mountains. Part time, flexible hours available on weekdays or evenings. Above hourly wage will be offered to a reliable candidate with attention to detail. The ability to drive to pick up and restock groceries and cleaning supplies is a plus. Maintenance and Handyperson skills are a bonus but not necessary. Good communication via text/email in English and/or Tagalog/Spanish is necessary. Strict confidentiality is required. Perfume Free Environment Duties: Professionally clean and sanitize residence with environmentally friendly and unscented products (list provided) Towel and Bed Linens change On-site Linen and Clothing Laundry Restock linen closets Tidy up and organization (kids toys away etc) Dusting, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind Mopping and polishing floors Kitchens cleaning including appliances Load/Unload Dishwasher and hand-wash some items Clean and Sanitize Bathrooms- restock toiletries & towels Clean ash from fireplaces Put out garbage/recycling Wash windows, walls and dust ceilings as needed Clean, organize and maintain other areas of the property as needed Report anything that needs repair/replacement. Bonus: Restock pantry, groceries, cleaning supplies from grocery store as needed .
