I am in need of someone to take care of me, my condo, and warehouse sometimes. The preferred start date is immediately, and the work schedule required includes mornings on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. A driver's license is not required as my family can provide a car for use on the job. This is a part-time position with responsibilities such as cleaning the inside of the home and immediate external areas, kitchen cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, household errands, and maintaining household supplies. Other duties include securing/supervising tradesmen/contractors, house sitting, bed making, linen changing, maintaining household security, and cleaning the outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The place of work includes house and apartment cleaning, as well as commercial office cleaning. I am looking for someone who can work live-out for 20-30 hours per week.
