I am in search of a dedicated individual who can assist my elderly grandparents with domestic tasks for a varied number of hours, throughout the entire month of February. This is a full-time and part-time position. Besides keeping the house clean and clutter-free, responsibilities will include cleaning up after meals, serving food, as well as tidying up various areas of the house such as the bathrooms, bedrooms and common rooms. The ideal candidate should have the ability to clean various aspects of the kitchen such as dishes, the interiors and exteriors of the fridge, cupboards, oven, and dishwasher, and also the pantry, counters, and floors. Other tasks will include laundry (washing and drying of clothes and household items), ironing, meal preparation and service. Due to the nature of the job, it's essential for the applicant to hold a valid driver's license and be ready to use their own car when necessary. The location of work will primarily involve household cleaning. The work schedule is spread across the entire week. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, the work hours are in the morning, middle of the day, and evening. On Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays, the work hours are scheduled for the morning, middle of the day, and evening. The working hours for Saturdays would be in the evening, morning, and the middle of the day. In total, the expected working hours per week range between 20 - 30 hours. The preferred start date for this housekeeper role is the 1st of February 2025.
