We’re a family of four in Orléans—two adults and two children, ages 3 and 6—looking for an experienced, dependable house cleaner for ongoing weekly help. This is a part-time, live-out position for approximately 4–6 hours per visit. Mondays are preferred. The regular cleaning includes: - Changing the bedding in three bedrooms - Thorough dusting and removing cobwebs - Cleaning surfaces, mirrors, interior glass, and high-touch areas - Vacuuming carpets and rugs - Sweeping and mopping hard floors - Thoroughly cleaning two full bathrooms and the main-floor powder room - Cleaning kitchen counters, appliance exteriors, and the microwave - Emptying garbage and recycling and cleaning the indoor bins The top and main floors are the primary focus. The basement is otherwise out of scope except for the basement stairs, laundry room, and powder room. We provide cleaning supplies, fresh bedding, and a detailed checklist in both English and French. We’re hoping to find someone thorough, reliable, comfortable following a checklist, and interested in a consistent long-term arrangement. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
