About the Role We are a busy family looking for a warm, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our household three times a week. This is a blended role combining housekeeping and occasional childcare support. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a home environment with young children. About Our Family We have two children at home: • A toddler, 1.5 years old • A school-age child, 7.5 years old Our home is a warm, active household, and we're looking for someone who fits naturally into our family rhythm. Key Responsibilities Housekeeping & Cleaning • General cleaning and tidying of common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface wiping • Laundry — washing, drying, folding, and putting away • Kitchen cleaning, including dishes and wiping down appliances • Keeping the home organized and maintained between visits Childcare Support (as needed) • Supervising and engaging with the children during your shift • Light meal prep or snack preparation for kids • School pickup or drop-off (as needed — must have valid driver's license) • Supporting age-appropriate play and activities • Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment Schedule & Compensation • 3 days per week (days/hours to be confirmed with the right candidate) • Consistent, recurring schedule What We're Looking For • Previous experience in housekeeping, childcare, or a similar household role • Comfortable and patient with children ages 1.5 and 7.5 • Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — able to manage tasks without constant direction • Trustworthy and respectful of our home and privacy • Non-smoker • Valid driver's license is a strong asset • References required • Clear background check required Nice to Have • First Aid / CPR certification • Experience with toddlers and school-age children • Ability to assist with light meal prep for the family How to Apply If this sounds like the right fit for you, please reach out with a brief introduction about yourself!
