Busy family with parents both working full time looking for help with cooking and light house work including dishes and laundry as well as tidying up. Items we are looking for help with: 1. Cooking dinner 3 times a week including any grocery shopping. 2. Healthy snack preparation (veggies, fruit etc.) including buying at grocery store. 3. Kids laundry 4. General tidying as needed for kitchen and upstairs. We have cleaners that come every second week that handle the deep cleans. Must be ok with dogs as we have a friendly chocolate lab who is home most of the time. Kids are older and may be home but don’t require care.

Ideally we are looking for a couple . One person would be a full time house cleaner plus assisting with dinner parties doing prep and clean up . It is a large dusty house and needs a full time housekeeper . Various jobs in that position might include cleaning silver, throwing out old flowers and washing vases, keeping front porch clean and presentable, ironing, loading dishwasher and putting clean dishes away, cleaning ovens and the usual house cleaning duties. We also need a handyman who can do yard work as well . In exchange we are offering a newly renovated two bedroom suite with cable and internet as well as utilities included. The apartment has a TV and a washer and dryer . The apartment is in my son's house across town so the couple would have to have their own transportation or rely on the bus system . We are looking for a couple that would make a long term commitment to our offered positions . We would like the couple to eventually be able to know what needs to be done and take care of all the tasks as if they are caring for their own place. We have two budgie birds and caring for them when we are away would also be required. The handyman would know how to fix things and be handy with all aspects of home care and repair and yard work . Both must be able to take instruction well . These positions require that both people be strong and in good health . We are looking for non-smokers. Working at my son's or daughter's house cleaning and doing yard work may also be required . The brand new suite rents for $2, 200. a month but it would be supplied plus a starting wage of $1000. each per month . We are looking for a compatible fit to our family that is a reliable long term situation. It isn't possible to list all of the duties that may be asked of the employees but I hope the idea of the responsibilities of running a large household and properties is understood in what I have explained. We are looking forward to finding a hard working team that becomes part of our family for years to come.

We are looking for someone compassionate who would work with a 93-year-old woman who is mentally fully present but weak physically. She needs occasional assistance in the household. She also needs someone who can do housekeeping -- light housecleaning -- for her. This 93-year-old actually keeps her house very clean but needs assistance in keeping it that way.

Do your business offerings include daily housekeeping services? I am looking for a daily housekeeper to help with the following. -laundry done, steamed or ironed folded and put away - beds made, stripped and washed weekly - daily unloading and loading of dishwasher, washing non-dishwasher safe items by hand -cleaning around the house (kitchen countertops, floors vacuumed, messes fr kitchen tidied, paperwork tidied, ) - garbage, compost and recycling taken to outdoor bins regularly & bins taken to curb on garbage day -pet walking and feeding - watering plants indoor and outdoor -bringing mail in -restocking bathroom supplies -regular more in-depth cleaning when required (washing floors, dusting, bathroom cleaning, windows etc.) - lunches prepared for 1 individual as requested - dinner ingredients prepped based on recipes or menu -grocery runs done if needed (mileage paid) We are a busy couple that simply don't have time to run our businesses and take care of all of the items that need our attention at home. However, our home is our sanctuary, and it needs to be orderly in clean so that we can work effectively. We prefer a kind, discreet daily housekeeper who is able to take direction and self-start. We can offer 25 hours a week of employment between Monday and Friday.

Our two bedroom home is quite tidy but we need support with cleaning tasks including, disinfecting bathroom and kitchen. General dusting, vacuuming, sweeping patios.
