Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the property, ensuring all areas are well-kept and operational. Perform routine cleaning, deep cleaning, and commercial cleaning tasks to maintain high hygiene standards. Manage and supervise cleaning tasks, ensuring all duties are completed to a professional standard. Conduct small-scale repairs and general upkeep (e.g., fixing minor issues, painting, changing light fixtures etc). Prepare meals as required for the household. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
