Our family is looking for some extra help for ~3-4 hours per day a few times per week in the late afternoon/early evenings (3pm-7pm) with miscellaneous household tasks including meal preparation. We are located close to Mavis & Dundas (10 min walk, 2 min drive). Examples of tasks: - Preparing dinner & cleanup of kitchen (each shift) - We currently use a food delivery service for most dinners where ingredients are pre-portioned and recipe is available All other tasks would be time permitting: - Light housework & laundry - We have a cleaning service bi-weekly, so this would not involve full cleans of the house - Household organization - cleanup of fridge, pantry - decluttering - arrange for minor repairs/maintenance services - restocking/ordering household supplies - Lawn/garden maintenance in the summer - weeding, trimming hedges, watering, deadheading flowers - Ad hoc errands/requests, for example - shopping & returns - drop off/pick up dry cleaning Some tasks will require the use of your own vehicle - a mileage allowance will be provided for km driven for these tasks. We also have a one-year old son, childcare duties would generally not be part of this role, however we would like someone who is comfortable interacting with children.
