I am currently seeking a punctual and dependable housekeeper for two hours every morning from 5:45am to 7:45am. The job primarily entails kitchen duties including preparing breakfast, cleaning up afterwards, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the kitchen area. The start date would ideally be the 4th of April, 2024. If you are a morning person and thrive in a role where attention to detail is crucial, then this opportunity might be for you. As mentioned, a portion of your responsibilities will focus on meal preparation and service, but we will also need your help in keeping the kitchen spotless. Tasks will encompass washing dishes, tidying and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and appliances such as the fridge, oven and dishwasher, as well as ensuring that cupboards, the pantry and floors are kept clean. There is no need for any driving, hence a driver’s license is not required. However, you will be expected to assist in keeping the inside of our house tidy and clean, as well as maintaining the immediate external areas. While you will not live on premises, we do need someone who is reliable and can consistently accommodate our set schedule. This position is part-time, requiring less than 20 hours per week. We don't require the use of an automobile for this job and our preferred location is a private home/apartment setting. We are in search of a part-time Housekeeper/ Family Helper, 24-30 hrs/week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and a few hours on a weekend day if possible). Responsibilities mainly include grocery shopping/ errands, meal preparation, household laundry, and general home organization, maintenance, and cleaning (please note, we already have biweekly cleaners for deep cleans). Candidate will also need to be comfortable with pet care duties (Cavapoo dog). We are looking for someone trustworthy, kind, patient, responsible, energetic, neat, and organized to perform household tasks. Candidate must have previous housekeeping experience. We require you to have a valid B.C. drivers license in good standing, completed criminal record check and drivers abstract (if not already obtained, must be willing to get it done).
