This role requires someone highly organized and skilled in managing household tasks, with dedicated hours for engaging with and caring for our children. Responsibilities Include: Housekeeping: Maintaining a consistently clean, organized, and tidy home. This includes thorough vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, and ensuring general tidiness throughout the house. Cleaning Kitchen: Efficiently washing and putting away dishes after all meals. Laundry: Washing, drying, folding, and putting away all family laundry. Full Meal Preparation: * Preparing nutritious breakfasts for the family throughout the week. * Preparing healthy and convenient lunches for the family daily. * Planning, preparing, and cooking delicious and balanced dinners for the family. Dedicated Part-Time Childcare: * Providing attentive care for our infant son (3 months old) during designated hours, including feeding, diapering, naps, and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities. * Managing school logistics for our daughter (school-aged) during specific times, including getting her ready in the morning, reliably dropping her off at school, and picking her up from school on designated days. * Supervising and actively engaging both children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment during scheduled childcare hours. The ideal candidate will: * Possess a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to anticipating and completing tasks. * Be highly organized with a keen eye for detail and maintaining order. * Demonstrate excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing household duties with childcare responsibilities. * Have significant experience in comprehensive housekeeping and maintaining a well-organized home. * Be a confident and skilled cook, capable of following recipes, planning nutritious meals, and accommodating dietary needs or preferences. * Have substantial experience providing care for both infants and school-aged children. * Be consistently reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a high level of trustworthiness. * Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Be comfortable working independently and taking initiative while also collaborating effectively with the family. * Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle (essential for school transportation and potential errands). This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent weekday hours. A significant portion of the day will be dedicated to childcare, with the remaining time focused on household management tasks.
