We, as a family of 3 including a school-aged child and a hypoallergenic dog, are in search of a part-time housekeeper or some may like to call it a "house manager". We're a busy bunch with both parents working full-time, so we need someone dedicated to help manage our household more efficiently giving us more time to enjoy our weekends and evenings. Job responsibilities would encompass a variety of tasks - from maintaining the inside and outside tidy aspects of our home, such as kitchen cleaning, laundry work, meal preparation, errand running, and even some pet care for our dog. You will be expected to manage various tasks such as rotating seasonal clothing in closets, maintaining the pantry, and regularly getting rid of expired and spoiled items. You'll also be entrusted with the task of ironing and maintaining household supplies fully stocked. As the place of work would primarily be house & apartment cleaning, it's essential you're comfortable with this setting. It's also desirable applicants come with a valid driver's license, as errands may require the use of transportation, therefore, you would be required to use your own car when necessary. The job does not involve any childcare or transportation duties. We're seeking someone who can work with the flexible schedule of less than 20 hours per week- primarily during weekdays, specifically Monday till Friday, in the mornings and afternoon (approximately 12 hours per week). I am in search of an efficient, detail-oriented individual to perform housekeeping tasks in my home for less than 20 hours per week. This part-time live-out position would involve regular maintenance and organization of varying spaces. Your responsibilities will be broad-ranging, encompassing everything from basic tasks to more intensive cleanliness and upkeep. An average day's activities could include; cleaning windows, floors, vacuuming, dishwashing, handling laundry, and overall home organization. Specifically, you will be ensuring the kitchen is pristine by cleaning the dishes, fridge inside and out, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, and countertops. Cleaning the outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher will also be part of your mandate. In addition to these, you will be handling laundry tasks like washing and drying clothing and various household items. Other responsibilities also include running grocery shopping and other household errands as needed. If you have a green thumb or enjoy taking care of pets, you'll appreciate that part of your role will involve plant care (garden and household plants) and pet care. The work schedule is distributed over the week from Monday to Friday with the expectation that you are available during mornings, middays, and evenings. At my home, I am the proud owner of three adorable cats. Their safety and well-being is of utmost importance to me; it is equally significant that they don't provoke any allergies for me or my occasional guests. Maintaining a strict cleaning regime ensures the safety of my feline friends and is essential in keeping allergens at bay. As a part of the interior of my home, I have sections that are carpeted and areas that are covered in linoleum. Both of these surfaces are subjected to heavy use and, thus, demand regular cleansing. Although I am able to tackle most basic housekeeping chores on my own, certain tasks such as dusting and mopping the floors lag behind due to my busy schedule. Given the nature of my commitments, I can't always dedicate the amount of time to housekeeping that I would like to. This deferral greatly contributes to my need for seeking professional help. That is why I am in search of a friendly and trustworthy individual who could step in to assist with such duties around my home. I need to be able to implicitly trust this individual, as they would be granted permission to enter my home. I am looking to establish a schedule and hope to have someone come into my home on a regular basis, such as every two weeks, to help me sanitize and freshen up the place. Their assistance would ensure that my cats have a clean habitat and that my home remains an allergy-free zone, thanks to routine and thorough cleaning.

We are looking for full time house manager and childcare for our 7 and 9 year old children before and after school. We can offer 40 hours a week and potentially more or less if you are interested. The care would involve dropping and picking up our kids from school and tutoring with homework, making and feeding kids dinner, taking kids to after school activities. While kids are at school, we are looking for somebody to maintain grocery list, shop, prep meals, and tidy house. The hours would be approximately M: 7:30-5:30, T: 7:30-5:30, W: 12-6, Thur: 1-8, F; 7:30-4:30. There is some flexibility with these hours. The position could start as soon as possible or as late as Jan. 3 2023 - we are flexible on start date. We are looking for at least a 6 month commitment (could be an ideal position for a college or university student taking a year off), but could also become a long term position. We would ideally hope for somebody that would be available occasional evenings and weekends as well. We would prefer a care-taker with experience in caring for kids with autism spectrum disorder as our eldest has Asperger's, and ideally some experience with behavioral management. But this is not mandatory. We are looking for somebody detail-oriented, organized, and hard working. Wage is negotiable and will depend on experience and degree of support provided to our family. Our house manager/nanny must have a valid driver's license and their own vehicle. Valid criminal record check and CPR required.
