The ideal candidate will not only maintain a clean and organized home but also assist with language learning and daily tasks. Responsibilities - Clean and maintain the household, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. - Cook nutritious meals and prepare groceries as needed. - Manage laundry, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes. - Care for the dog when the owner is away, including walking and feeding. - Water and care for indoor and outdoor plants. - Assist with grocery shopping and running errands. - Help organize household tasks and maintain schedules. - manage basic household accounts. - Provide Spanish language lessons and practice conversations. I'm in search of a dedicated individual who can fill a multi-faceted role in a busy household of four, as a housekeeper, mother's helper, and personal assistant. Your main duties would include cleaning the interior and immediate exterior areas of our home, which includes in-depth kitchen work such as washing dishes, cleaning appliances both inside and out, and maintaining the pantry. Laundry tasks also fall under this role, including the washing and drying of clothes and household items, as well as ensuring the family's wardrobe stays in season. This job entails thorough bed making, linen changing, and ironing. You should be okay with grocery shopping and running miscellaneous household errands, as well as keeping the household supplies fully stocked. This role requires a commitment of 20 to 30 hours per week, with a work schedule that varys. The ideal candidate should be available at least one evening per week for occasional childcare responsibilities. Please note, a driver's license is a requirement for this position as you will be expected to use your own car for errands. As for the living arrangements, this is a live-out role and you need to be punctual and reliable in keeping up with the schedule.
