I am seeking a reliable, independent, and detail-oriented individual for a part-time housekeeping role, specifically for Airbnb cleaning services. The position is Live-out and requires the successful applicant to clean both a house and apartment within working hours of less than 20 per week. The ideal candidate is expected to be available from 11 AM to 3 PM from Monday through to Sunday. The job responsibilities include cleaning the interior of the home and immediate exterior areas, like maintaining garden, household plants and checking pool ph levels. This also expands to kitchen cleaning duties, such as washing dishes, tidying the inside and outside of appliances -- fridge, oven, and dishwasher, along with the cupboards, pantry, countertops, and floors. Additional tasks involve laundry services - washing and drying bed linen and other household items, maintaining household security, bed-making, and changing linens. The candidate will also be entrusted with the responsibility of keeping household supplies fully stocked, supervising and securing tradesmen or contractors when necessary, and rotating seasonal clothing in closets. It is crucial to maintain the pantry's upkeep and routinely clear any out-of-date or spoiled items. The successful candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, an updated mobile phone, and should be capable of using their own vehicle for the role. The job does require physical exertion, such as bending and occasional lifting. The preferred start date for this role is the 22nd of August, 2024.
