Presently in need of a committed individual who can help maintain the cleanliness and order of my home, I am seeking someone to step into the role of a housekeeper. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with household chores while I'm preoccupied with caring for my infant child. Understandingly, consistent punctuality during the defined working hours is essential for this role. This role will commence immediately and calls for someone available to work seven days a week, covering morning, midday, and evening shifts. Key to this position is the possession of a valid driver's license and your personal vehicle, due to the nature of the role's functional logistics. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible mainly for cleaning both inside and outside the house. The scope of your duties will extend to the kitchen- ranging from dishwashing, cleaning the inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, and pantry, to maintaining the counters and floors. You will also be in charge of laundry-related tasks, which includes washing, drying, folding clothes, and other household items. Additionally, it would be part of your role to rotate seasonal clothing in the closets and to routinely clear outdated and spoiled items from the pantry. Moreover, tasks like house sitting, bed making, linen changing, and cleaning the exterior parts of kitchen appliances such as oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher also falls under your jurisdiction. Do note that despite the part-time nature of the position, it does require a significant commitment of 20 to 30 hours each week. And, contrary to the setup of most domestic roles, the housekeeper will not be living in with the family.
