We are a happy, fun-loving, energetic, family of 5 who loves to dance, read, do arts & crafts and spend time outside. We have 4 kids under 7 (7, 4, 2, newborn) so we need an extra pair of hands to help around the home so that I, (mom), can refocus on homeschooling as my top priority and also get the rest I need. We are looking for someone with great organizational skills, time management, dependable, able to take direction and follow instructions, self motivated, and also loving, kind, and patient with kids. 75% of help would in the area of running a home, but we also need someone who can build rapport/grow with our family so that childcare can be relied. This is very important to us- to find someone who can build trust with our kids and has a gentle/empathetic manner. Some more about what we need help with: household tasks such as occasional grocery shopping/running errands, food prep, washing and putting away groceries, keeping the kitchen clean and organized (as with the rest of the home), meal prep, and prepping/some cooking, laundry duties, taking garbage/recycling out, changing bedding, helping with getting all things necessary for kids activities (packing a snack, loading up the car etc.). As well as almost daily vacuuming in the kitchen/dining area, general tidy up of home & kids play areas etc. Pretty much help keeping our home tidy and clean. I will need help with taking kids outside to play, supervising/participating in arts & crafts, making their breakfast/lunches, sometimes baking with them and occasional baby-sitting. I am looking for someone who has a reliable vehicle they can use. The job is for 4-5 days a week, from 5-6 hours a day with possibility of more hours/different days for the right candidate.
