I am on the lookout for a dedicated and responsible individual to fill a Part-Time Housekeeping/Caretaker position, helping to oversee duties relating to the maintenance and safety of a residential property. Ideal applicants will be those who possess a wealth of practical experience in handling tasks such as cleaning, gardening, carrying out major/minor repairs and managing any issues that may arise while the owner is away. Essentially, I need someone to act as my eyes and ears, ensuring my home's continued upkeep and security when I am away. This position, although part-time, demands someone who is available to put in less than 20 hours a week, ideally on Saturday mornings. The setting of your work will primarily involve house and apartment cleaning, requiring you to have access to your own automobile due to the nature and demands of the job. One of the critical tasks of this role will be maintaining household security, therefore, it is a strict requirement that the successful candidate holds a valid driver's license. Although this is a live-out role, preference will be given to those living nearby to ensure swift response times in case of any eventualities. The preferred start date for this role is the 20th of April, 2025.
