We are looking for a responsible and experienced person to assist our family with household tasks. We are professionals with a baby and a preschooler who are going to daycare. We are looking for help with cleaning/tidying (we currently have a cleaner and may wish to consolidate roles), grocery shopping and meal prepping, and completing household tasks such as laundry, linen changing, and household organization. The role may grow to include possible daycare pickup and occasional childcare assistance. We are looking for someone who can help us come home to a clean and well-maintained space so we can enjoy our family time. It is important to us to have someone who pays attention to detail and takes initiative. At this point we are looking for part-time assistance for between 10 to 12 hours per week (estimated at 2 hours per day across 5 weekdays) but it is negotiable. Working hours are flexible because we just need tasks to be completed while we are at work. However, we would strongly prefer a candidate who may be available to assist with daycare pick-up as we get to know you better, to bridge the gap for our commute home from the office. We may look to expand the role as our needs change and I adjust to returning to work after my maternity leave. We would be happy to have someone who may grow with our family.
