It's been 10 years since my dad's wife passed away, who was the anchor to keeping the house in tip top shape. As he ages in place as a bachelor now, I believe it is time to find the perfect individual to help maintain his home to keep him happy and organized. I am looking for a kind individual who is willing to assist my father (69 years old), with maintaining a clean house, laundry, clean kitchen, assist with groceries and meal prepping, pet care up keep and other house chores. He runs his own business (security systems) from his home and at times I can see it is overwhelming for him to run the company and keep a cleanly home. He has 3 cats that he adores, but with his age he sometimes forgets the daily up keep of the litter box or cleaning the food bowls. He is always tinkering around the house, yard, or garage and loves hobbying. Running his own company for 40 years, he is partially retired and his work schedule is limited now a days. I am an only child, and spend quality time with my dad every other week. Additionally, my mom, who has been divorced from my dad for 25 years also is in the picture and we do spend time together as a little friendly family a few times a month. My mom and I have our own homes, and do not have the time to help my dad with house care. This position would be part time and negotiable hours per week or month.
