I am in the search of a dedicated and experienced individual who can help in maintaining my household. The position I offer is for a housekeeper role that requires both part-time and full-time attention. The work schedule I desire few days a week which can be discussed and on some rare occasions, nights if needed for some gatherings. Please note that a driver's license is required for this role as the role is for live out but occasionally live in option can be considered. As for where you will mostly carry out your duties -- the majority of the work will happen within my house and apartment. Nevertheless, this position is non-residential, meaning that you will work and live out of my houses. Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, thorough kitchen cleaning such as washing dishes, cleaning the inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, and dishwasher. Regular laundry duties of washing and drying clothes and other household items will also be expected. Additional duties will include meal preparation and service, occasionally cooking and serving during special events for family or guests. Keeping household supplies fully stocked will be part of your responsibility. I also need assistance with the rotation of seasonal clothing in closets and maintaining the pantry by routinely cleaning out-of-date and spoiled items. Typical household chores like bed making and linen changing are part of the daily tasks as well. Though not often, you may be required to perform tasks outside the house such as cleaning the outside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Furthermore, skills in ironing are needed. Despite the wide range of responsibilities, I can assure you that the workweek would not exceed 20 hours.
