Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to monitor academic progress and personal development. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and areas needing support. Assist students in developing effective study habits, time management, and goal setting. Work closely with faculty to identify students who may need academic or behavioral intervention Develop and deliver workshops or seminars on academic success, stress management, and personal growth. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, assessments, and progress reports. Refer students to additional support services such as tutoring, mental health resources, or academic advising as needed. Promote a positive and inclusive campus environment that encourages student engagement and success.
