I’m a dedicated chef with over 10 years of hands-on kitchen experience, starting at age 16 and working my way up from line cook to chef. I studied Culinary Management at George Brown College, but ultimately chose to stay full-time in kitchens, where I gained real-world experience and developed my creativity, leadership, and strong work ethic. Raised by a single mom, I’ve always valued hard work, consistency, and making people feel at home through food. I’m confident working with a wide range of cuisines and love creating flavorful, balanced meals with bold spices and fresh ingredients. Outside the kitchen, I’m all about trying new and exciting things. I enjoy networking, meeting new people, investing and trading, exploring art and tattoos, and traveling as much as I can. I currently have very minimal experience with housekeeping, but do know standard cleaning techniques and protocols. I'm always making sure my place is clean at home, dusting, mopping, vaccuming, sweeping, tile/grout cleaning, bathroom etc. WHIMIS Certified Food Safe Certified. 10 years of culinary experience which comes with proper hygiene and workplace protocols. I have major interest with planning meals, grocery lists. Assisting with family trips, bills, financial needs, if needed.
