I was born and raised in London Ontario and have recently moved in with my partner in Toronto. I was raised in a French first language home and went to a French first language elementary and high school. I graduated from Western University with a BSc Specialization in Food and nutrition. I am a certified yoga teacher and recently got hired to teach at a yoga studio called Oli Yoga & Pilates. I also currently work in sales doing business development for Women-run/Toronto-based all natural body care business called Charcoal & Rose Petals. My current hobbies include yoga/meditation, dancing/music, aerial silks, rollerblading, biking, reading, cooking, maintaining my home, camping, hiking, and personal development. I have always loved keeping a clean/organized space and living a healthy/active lifestyle.

I was a nanny and household manager for 2 years between two different families before going back to school and finishing my undergraduate degree at Western university. The first family I worked for also required that I clean both yoga studios that they owned. I cleaned and organized homes for both families I worked with and was responsible for meal planning and preparation. I travelled with the second family on multiple occasions. I was also a personal chef for just under a year before I decided to do my yoga teacher training. During the last year of my studies at Western University, I was the Garden Executive for EnviroWestern; a club focused on environmental sustainability at the school. I spearheaded the project of building a 40x50ft community garden where I started all the seeds indoors and transplanted them all outside when the weather was warm enough. I was solely responsible for tending to the garden throughout the summer before graduating.
