My experience before was I am a receptionist for and a assistant manager in a hotel in the Philippines. My responsibility as a receptionist was answering calls and messages for the appointment of clients. Greeting the clients, do customer service as well. Sometimes if not busy we help to clean the rooms, clean toilet, lobby, glass window and doors. When I was a assistant manager my work is to help the manager in maintaining and surveying the good performance of the employees for the healthy and safe environment of clients. I am in charge of paying bills, deposit the money to the bank, approved appointment for the clients, making reports daily, weekly and monthly.
