I am an international student from the Philippines. I arrived in Toronto in November 2023. Currently, I am studying Digital Business Management and working part-time as an apartment building cleaner. In this role, I clean the common areas of the apartment building for four hours a day, twice a week. Occasionally, I also work as an on-call housekeeper for a Chinese household, which I visit whenever I have free time. My duties there include cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming the living room floor, doing laundry, cleaning washrooms, washing windows and glass surfaces, sweeping the floors, and making the beds.

I actually started working as a house cleaner Nov. of 2023 when I arrived here in Toronto. I just put 1 year because there's no other option to choose months. My first housekeeping experience was at Royal York. It's a three-story house with a basement. I did laundry, kitchen cleaning, bed room cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, wiping and cleaning the glasses and windows. I had to quit working there because the family went on vacation so I had to look for another job. The other other housekeeping job is at Main street. It's also a three-story house. It's an on-call job so I would go there whenever I'm free. I am currently working as an apartment building cleaner. I clean the common areas of the apartment building. I sweep and mop the floor. I vacuum the carpet, clean the windows and railings of the stairs. I also clean the tables and the wall decors. I only work there twice a week. I also worked as an on-call housekeeper at the hotel but I had to quit because I couldn't work there full-time.
